Resrvation

- For booking via the web site you should select the appropriate option, file in the booking form and send it to us. You can also contact us by phone skype or send an email.
- In case the apartment chosen is available we will confirm you reservation. If the apartment I is occupied we will offer you another option.
- After confirming you reservation you must make an advance payment equivalent to the cost of one night rental. Reservation is valid only after you pre-payment.

- Urgent transfers through Western Union
- In cash at our office by your representative in Kyiv 2, Blv. Shevchenko, office 38

Ways of full payment

- In cash on arrival at the apartment
- By credit card at our office: 31 ”B” Pushkinskaya str, of. 1

Checking in and checking out

- Check-in time 13:00
- Check out time 12:00
- It necessary check-out time can be prolonged.
- According to the “late check-out” service you pay ? night price until 17:00. Staying after 17:00 is charged as a full night
!!!! This is possible it the apartment isn’t occupied by other guests at 13:00 If you need to leave before the agreed time, please contact us in any convenient way.

Documents

If you visit us is on business we provide all necessary documents for your records in your accounting department.
